My experience with Noma cells wasn't good.  They came in a Noma 4xAA USB power pack.  Thought the pack was kind of crap and didn't charge anything worth a damn, then I put eneloops in it instead.  Pack rocks now and I use it regularly.  Tried using the cells in a couple of other devices, but nope.  Low capacity and self discharges itself.  They have been recycled.

Thank you for posting this deal, maybe my experience was the exception to the rule on the quality of the cells.
