Argh - if it weren’t for the Low being ~70-80 lumens, I’d be all over it! To me, that’s a huge jump up from sub/1.1 lumens.

Dimensions?

It looks excellent apart from that gap in the modes (a 10-20 inserted between ultra-low and low would be great) and the rubber cover over the USB. Maybe that is just a dust cover and it would have the IPX8 rating without the rubber?

Length: 76.45mm
Head Size: 26.70m

I like the clip option.
Abot IPX8 without rubber…I do not have information.

Anybody know how and where to use 0.7 lumen mode?

0.7lm is fine, then 10 lumen (best output for reading), then 150, then 990.

Nice light, but too many are like it, the internal charging is not enough to persuade me.

I use the sublumen mode of my zebralight, utorch UT01 and EagTac D25A…. in the night, really all nights, and I’ve also used it in a movie theater.
If I wake up at 3 in the morning, a light of only 5 lumens already seems to me too much….

Regards from Spain,… the land of moonlight mode…

Biggest NO for me is usb port cover. And usb charging as well
Mike

I’m definitely interested

I listed another minisize, perhaps more interest?…or not….

Biggest yes for me.
I’m interested.

I have some interest in the E20R. It reminds me of the Jetbeam EC-R16, though this one has more output.

maybe—not really — the jump from 1 lumens is too much

what really makes sense is a log scale
1 3 10 30 100 300 1000
every level is about 3x the previous

these levels, make no sense , basically

also what would the cost be?
over $30 no way
\

i also wonder why they say

\Features:

-Mainly used for outdoor camping,EDC,adventuring,searching,rescuing,etc.”

what does that mean? they expect someone to pay more for something so ‘specialized’?
why is not suitable for carrying all the time, work, home, car?

6 modes…no thanks. 1/3/10/30…this does not make any sense, sorry. 4 modes for go from 1 to 30 lumens in a edc with side switch…,?:person_facepalming:

all i can say is, you have apparently never seen this kind of log mode spacing

the reason for it is, the jumps appear even to the eye

could be any factor
1 4 16 64 256 1000

also with memory there is no reason to start on 1

astrolux S1 does a good approximation of this

CUTE!!!
I know this is going to be too expensive for me, so I will keep it at the $12 On The Road M3 clone (Olight clone) with USB charging and clip i just ordered today.
Or is this one actually affordable?
still, want to know parasitic drain (important on such small cell) and see a review.
But CUTE for sure!

Sure, sir, I know enough about logaritmic perception…… Ultracompact lights for keychain and EDC do not need tons of modes. I respect your opinion.
Is good the logaritm for the tool? (before broke by the alkaleaks case) Enough for bought you one at least….

Although you do not believe it, I have some experience in flashlights, …. test, reviews … perception …. etc.

In! :sunglasses:

That is exactly why manufacturers ought to check Bistro and Narsil out, now it is often/almost always lots of preferences and a limited choice, while there are suchbgood firmwares where each user can set it up just how they prefer.
