If the buyer compromised with the shipping costs, would you send it overseas?

Consumer shipping costs for overseas packages are insane. We would be looking at a base cost of $45.00. I have checked Fedex, Ups, Usps in the past. Anyone not believing me please check it out at the respective shippers websites. The U.S. does not subsidize mail and shipping costs any longer.
