Tactical HID experiences

Has anybody tried emailing them and got a response? I made a purchase last week and then emailed them about confirmation a couple days after but no response yet. So far I have no confirmation, tracking number or response to my email.

I just noticed underneath the "Add to Cart" button he has a notice indicating we should wait about 5 days to receive a tracking number. I'm not sure if this includes confirmation of sale as well. Regardless, it's nice to know your order has been received so you're not waiting possibly for nothing. All that time adds up when you're buying from China Wink

Don't mind paying a couple bucks extra to have something shipped CONUS and have it arrive in two or three days.  Ordered a couple of Balders for Christmas presents, upon checkout realize it's a dropship from China. Should have just ordered from China w/free shipping, would have been cheaper.

Here's the response I recieved,"Since our checkout system is 100% through Paypal, the only thing you will get from us is the Paypal receipt.  When your order ships you will be sent the tracking number." Nearly a week later, paid extra, still no tracking number, hope to see them before Xmas.  It's pretty funny when you think about it...pay more...see it later.

Jason's been good in the past, but looks like it's out of his hands, he has none in stock.

I would have bought it from CNQG but they didn't have it in yet and I had no confidence they would any time soon. Boy was I wrong.

The irony is I was the one who informed Ric the XM-L version even existed and that Tactical HID was already selling it. I had no idea he'd actually rush to get some in stock that quickly. A Paypal receipt is only good to file a complaint. It doesn't confirm shipment or that they've even acknowledged my order. I'm definitely not pleased with how they're running their shop.

So you actually got a response, huh? I couldn't even get that. And if that's the kind of response they give then I can just buy a Xeno E03 from hkequipment if I ever need one.

I ordered my xeno e03 from them and the service was wonderful. However I believe that they had them in stock which is why it was shipped out and at my door in good time.

I guess you'll want to consider ordering from these guys if your item is being drop shipped since my order is just now finally being processed. That's 12 days since ordering. They just finally sent me tracking info. I'm not too impressed. I would definitely stick with CNQG if you're looking for an SE-1 XM-L. I only bought it from Tactical HID because they were the only vendor carrying the XM-L version at the time.

It is what it is...but on the flip side, Jason is a stand-up guy.  If you have any problems, he'll make it right.

you got that right, Jason is a great guy to deal with! One of the very best. But 12 days is outrageous.

HAHA! I wish I could open up a business and use that as my slogan for success: "It is what it is!"

Any customer service requests or complaints - Response: "It is what it is"

"Hey, my flashlight has a scratch." -- "It is what it is."

"Hey, you sent me a stuffed koala wearing a man thong instead of the new Xeno." -- "It is what it is."

Now that's funny!  Agreed, it took 11 or 12 days for me to get confirmation.  I ordered from him because he's on the West coast and thought it would arrive in a couple of days, not weeks. What are you going to do? It is...
