Beam shots on the trail

My new phone[LGK20V] takes decent beam shots, probably average but to me they seem great because my first phone could not take any except for One on a very misty night. The tint is not a great representative for the TN42vn.I am happy just to be able to take some decent ones after looking at others great beam shots for Four[4] years!

TK61vn V4

Turn in trail ~ 140 yards

Sycamore tree 60 yards away

TK75vn KT

on medium with a friend watching!

U21vn 60 yard away

TN42vn- Tree is 70 yards away

TN42vn across the river about 130 yards away

Some ‘hot’ beams indeed…

Needs a comparison with Giggles.

Very cool Wolfdog1226! I’d be startled/amazed if I saw a praying mantis like that at night.

Maybe one day. It would be nice to get another modded light, all mine are from Vinh and One from OSTS[TN31mb].

Here is a few beam shots from tonight.

TK75vn KT

The power line Pole is across the Schuylkill river up on a hill and 300 yards away.

…and a little guy,TX25C2vn XPG2 DD/Single mode. 900 LUMENS/75Kcd

20 yards away!

When my L6vn arrives next week I am going to try and get some nice beam shots from that.

Now I am curious and have to look into that GIGGLES Light!

Man, you could spot Bigfoot with those powerful beams!

^
Yes,my Husky CAPO loves these lights, spotting deer, foxes, ect from further than I can see.

Close up of Bruce Lee reincarnated!Relaxed Praying Mantis position.

I forgot that I had the SS K18 on my key chain!! Oh well, the TN42vn was sufficient enough! Mr. Turtle was a lot bigger than the photo makes it out to be.

Capo was interested

TK61vn V4 same spot as the photo from my TK75vn KT-300 Yards away.

I think this picture was zoomed in a bit[not on purpose] Not as clear a photo as the TK75vn KT.

Keep those pesky clowns away lol. Nice shots

L6vn- Power Pole 300 yards away.

K40vn-Power pole 300 yards away

and the Sure-Kill Expressway runs along the river… I’m kinda Local.
Nice shots
Mr. Turtle is cool too.
How many seconds did it take for the mantis to be crispy and edible?

Where do u live? I live near Valley Forge National Park.

My nightly hikes are on the Perkiomen Trail[along the Perkiomen Creek] and the SRT-Schuylkill river trail along you know which river!

naaaa…I would never hurt a praying mantis! That was peripheral light from the TK75vn.

My Husky CAPO was even nice to him, I made sure of that!

Cool i see the title and just know this gotta be good (I call you vnwolf for you got so many VN lights  )
Nice beamshots!

Thanks!

My first phone could not even take beam shots, very discouraging. This phone probably has an average camera but to me it is awesome because I can get some decent beam shots.

I look forward to next week when I can take some of my K60vn…….I hope it is next week.

Taken tonight. Both shots are with my TK75vn KT. On the PERKIOMEN TRAIL. Curve in trail is about 100 yards away.

Also last night from my TK75vn. a gif that I did not plan,Google photo asked me if I wanted it!!

Just a note here for the Beam shots at the Power Pole. ALL of those lights were used for 30 minutes before the beam shot. I would say 80% of that time was on turbo. The reason being it is NOT completely dark yet when I start my hike and I always use my Secondary lights first.

I doubt if there would have a been a noticeable difference w/ the eye. These lights maintain MAX output for 45 to 55 minutes.

Whoa, that’s trippy :disappointed:
