So im thinking of buying a convoy l6, and looking at nkons batteries, arent these keeppower the same simon recommends to use? yet it says on their site not recommended for flashlights? lol is this is a mistype or are they serious ?

I do not think THEY know what they are doing because in the top of the ad it states they are PROTECTED!
I would think their flat top is raised just like my Orbtronics below.
On the other hand I heard that some people had to unscrew the light to fit the KP’S in! They may be a bit wider.

I have those exact ones in my Convoy L6 after seeing them being recommended in a YouTube video review. Used them for about a month now, they work great in my L6.
I use those 69.5mm long Keeppowers in my L6.
I believe it’s a poor translation. I believe “Without protection circuit! Not for flashlights!
