Looking for other lights that use the NarsilM firmware

Well, I am the proud new owner of the BLF Q8, and am really enjoying the UI, even though I’m currently far from an expert. What I really like most is the ramping function, and the ability to set up multiple modes! What I dislike is the soda can format, but heck, tons of light in a short package, so I can’t complain.

I’m starting this thread to see what other lights have this firmware? Ideally, I’d like to find something close to my BLF A6 size / spec, but with the ramping, blimkies ( especially th bike and police modes), and of course maybe 2000 lumens as the a6 is a coupe years old now so of course we should have 10,000 lm out of the same form factor by now. Lol. Jk.

Emisar D4 Quad and D1 have the simple version of Narsil. Ramping but no configurable modes.
The Q8 may be the first time Narsil has gone public. I wonder too.

Yes, BLF Q8 is the first lamp with Narsil, besides custom built ones.

If you want to mod a few members sell driver.
A few are mentioned in the NarsilM Thread NarsilM - configurable e-switch firmware for Multi channels, v1.3 in the first post.

The Emisar lamps (Emisar D4, Emisar D1, two lamps will follow) have a firmware derived from an older Narsil version without the modes part. Tom E wrote firmware version 1 and Toykeeper added stuff to version 2.

This should be fairly similar to the D4, except: Tail switch instead of side switch. (both momentary electronic switches) 3 emitters instead of 4. As you know GB lamps can have issues they are the first prouction run.

But you can buy a lamp with electronic switch and change the driver.
