So anyone know if these are worth a crap? USB charging seems well worth it.
I currently carry a Solarforce Z2. Tired of having them die on me.
All a guy needs is a solid AA light that is waterproof, can be clipped on the bill of a hat, usb charging would be enuf to make me change.
Am i seeing it right? You get 2 lights for $8? Awesome deal, but horrible if they are no better than my Z2.
Looks like a cree XPE. I have some older lights with this emitter. IIRC its a bit out-dated from a Lumens/watt efficiency standpoint. But with a small-smooth reflector will result in a surprisingly tight hot spot.
Nice light for the price / pair.
