how to mod a JM26 shadow driver?

Has anyone modified a Shadow JM26 driver for some extra lumens?

If so, how did he proceed?

I thought opening the light was the biggest challenge.

the driver is easily accessible, nothing is glued; I bought it used, with the defective button (I knew it), I replaced the button and it’s fine, but I miss some power. on Hi absorbs 2400mAh

If I remember good , the driver is with 7135 ( maybe 8 pieces ). You can stack few more , on the top of the existing ones , but is well known that doing so , the cooling will be a problem . 7135 are sensitive to heat and the output will be reduced with the increase of the temperature . You'll have to try and see...
