I have made this thread as a place to point out new flashlights that you believe to show promise or be unique without cluttering up the forum. It is a 2X18650 XML torch with a outside head diameter of 63.1mm (or thereabouts). This compares to the well known Sky-ray STL-V2/ FF STL-V6 which has a head diameter of 62.0mm meaning it could claim the place of best budget XML thrower if the reflector is in fact larger then that of the Sky-ray's / FF's. The modes don't look very good... but that should be nothing a quick circuit board swap out can't fix. Price is $39... $6 less then the FF and $15 less then the Sky-ray.
