Where is the advantage to the Nitecore TIP?
It is a bit smaller but it has only half of the capacity

I think that’s it, maybe minor improvements in driver/UI, but the selling point is portability over runtime

The size does it for me. Normally I hold off for an led like the Nichia, but for outdoor use an NW tint isn’t vital for my uses. Even a slightly smaller size is a huge plus for me for keychain duty. Nice light! & as usually thx for the hookup Martin! (It shouldn’t be a dealbreaker but I sure hope the modes & sequence don’t suck & for that matter neither does the parasitic drain…)
