Does this light have an electronic lockout? I have googled but can’t find much about it.

Looks good and a nice candidate for my Aspire 18350.

My questions are: Is it heavy? How’s it handle heat? Low voltage protection?

I’m assuming there is a good mass of copper inside, at the very least.
