"Group Buy" Interest: Q8 MCPCB for Luxeon V/SST40/XML/XHP50 Emitters

TECHNICAL DETAILS:
BLF Q8 4040/5050 retrofit LED bare board.
This board will not have screw holes and thus relies on being pressed down by the reflector/bezel. This is expected to be sufficient.
Current best guess as to the manufacturer: Kerui.
Current best guess for price - $5/6 US plus shipping. See post two below for more details as they become available.
Development thread.

PURCHASING DETAILS:
These are bare boards. No LED’s populated. How you get what LED’s on there is up to you.
The method of purchasing is not yet clear. Possibilities include a BLF member making a bulk purchase and reselling them, having a BLF friendly vendor provide them on thier website, or possibly even direct from BangGood. This post will be updated when that information is available.
Current best guess for price - $5/6 US plus shipping.
Shipping is a thing. It has to be paid for. No one likes it, and it varies from location to location. If you think you have it bad, imagine what it costs ToyKeeper to get stuff shipped to her Asteroid.
Taxes are also a thing, so is Tax evasion. Discussions on your locations Tax policy should be done publicly and at the polling place - not here.
Discussions of tax evasion should be done privately with your accountant in an office swept frequently for listening devices - not here.

INTEREST LIST:
This is an interest list. That mean it expresses your interest. Eventually it may support the actual buy, that information will be posted when available. We are trying to get an idea of how many people would buy this IF the board above were to be made available.
Please post how many boards you are interested in. Names will be scraped from posts when I get around to it.
Your position in the list is simply a way to keep track of how many boards are spoken for, NOT a queue for boards.
Use your browsers “find in page” function to find your name. I know how to do it in my browsers - I don’t use yours, figure it out.

Current to Post: 110 (inclusive)
Quantity to current update: 85

I'm interested in 1 depending on final price.

I have converted one of my Q8's to Luxeon V. It was very delicate MCPCB surgery and required numerous reflow attempts to eliminate shorts. This board will be well worth the time savings such a conversion takes. I haven't tried to focus the reflector (I think I settled on some xml isolating rings, but the fit terrible). Currently beam has a bigger, softer hot spot that blends smoothly into the spill. That combined with the wonderful tint make the converted Q8 a wonderful general purpose light that is just so pleasant to use. My other Q8 beam is harsh by contrast due to the colder temp and defined hot spot. I rarely pick it up as a result.

If I get this board, I think I will try oust the SST40. I have a feeling I will switch it over the the Luxeon V though in the end.

I’d buy 2

In for 1 or 2 depending on shipping costs.
