This is a fairly new style packing from UltraFire, but is the contents any good?

One of the cell has the rated capacity, the other have less capacity and neither of them can deliver more than 1A to 2A. This do not look like a high current cell.

Conclusion

This battery is not a high current battery and the mismatch between the two cells is rather high.
It looks like it has a working overload protection, but at a way to high value.
