Olight i3e

There are some on eBay for 9.99, but sometimes one can find lights cheaper elsewhere. Anyone know where?

Edit: I was thinking these were 3 modes, but evidently only 1 mode.
Thanks, Jerry

Don't know where to get them cheap, but I'm thinking the i3e is being discontinued. The silver one (120lm) has been hard to find for several months and Olight no longer has several of the colors available on their website (you can still get green).

Thanks, Terry. Since I discovered that it is single mode I lost interest. The Hugsby Xp 1, and SingFire suit me for single mode. I have a couple of the three mode Olight 3 mode AAA.
I appreciate your help.

You are correct in that it’s a single mode, (high), light. It’s been upgraded with a Phillips Luxeon TX LED. It’s a great light and about as tiny as they come.

just buy the copper version, costs more buy looks nicer

The Jetbeam Jet-U is better, has a strong clip, very similar tint, can tailstand, good lanyard mounting points, and has 3 modes with a practical moonlight and 130 Lumens high. It has been available for around $8 with coupons recently. Beam is slightly broader than the Olight and noticeably brighter. Side by side they are both very solid well built lights, but in my book the Jetbeam wins in everything except overall length, which is only significant for keyring use.

As I have considered that the light is one mode I think the average person does not desire more than one mode. Most of the people I give a light are not interested in anything except to turn it on to get to the car or a front door of their house.
My wife had a red Thrunite Ti, but never used it any way but high. She thought she had lost it, and the choice she made from my lights was a mini Singfire with one mode

The Hugsby XP 1 has been a favorite to gift, but the price has increased unless you buy them 5 at a time. Then they are about $5 each. I think that may be the cheapest way to go. The Olight is a little expensive to give a bunch away. Some of the Hugsby clones do well, and go for $3 or so. I have bought several and have not had any fail or DOA.

EXACTLY, that is why my wife has one in her purse, simplicity.
