Hi everybody!

- I found this "hood hat" used for photography lenses (I use them on my gear and are made in USA and very good quality) that should be perfect for protecting the front of our beloved BLF GT!

- I still didn't get my GT (hopefully soon), but already ordered one of these because it's very cheap ($9.95) and the specs seem to be perfect: "Fits 5.00 to 5.75" (12.7 to 14.6 cm) diameter lens hoods"

I want to keep my GT safe when it arrives, especially considering the huge front lens...

The XL seems too tight/snug fit to me. Somewhat uncomfortable to put and remove continually... but some user has found it very nice. So I purchased both sizes :)

It could also be a matter of preference.

Updated with link to both sizes, at B&H which has them in stock!

Somebody could fine better the XL while others the XXL. I decided to buy both :)

Considering the great quality, and so many people receiving & ordering the GT, I suggest to buy both if you're interested. You can leave the other one as spare

Amazon is already out of stock, as mentioned above. B&H still has both. We'll probably buy them all..

I certainly will receive these protections much earlier than the GT, so I won't be able to tell for sure which one is better, but at least I already "assured" me to have them both when I get the GT.

I want to protect it as soon as it arrives. I'm also looking for a good carry pouch (and maybe some strap, but since I'm photographer I already have many straps that I could use).

If I find a good pouch, I'll also post it here.

As soon as I get my GT I'll post pictures to show!
