I own the T046R, this one looks like the smaller sister… 
very cool looking light, I really think the magnetic tail will introduce interesting use cases. the pictured car scenario only one of them, then you’ll have the garden, garage, shop area, (…)
I like it this item, because…. really I hate the magnetic tail in my authentic EDC (carried all day in my pocket). I can accept removable magnet, but I hate the fixed magnet like in Atom foursevens, or the new Olight.
