Hi I wonder if anyone on here can help me with some info

on 23 Dec 2017 i ordered 5 Sony 18650 batteries from Neals Deals via MD4M4X website on the 24 December i got confirmation that money was received via paypal with my order number

I have emailed Neal twice and MD4M4X once asking politely when can i expect to hear anything about a delivery of these batteries

I know they are in china but having bought from lots of other outlets from China in the past I have never waited nearly 3 weeks to even hear anything at all about the order

so can some one please tell me how long customers usually have to wait before they hear anything and get some kind of contact and do they offer a tracking service kinda sat here in the dark not knowing what is going on at the moment

Hey man, from what I’ve read often the last couple of weeks, communication with Neal is extremely poor as in non existent. Products are shipped however, so eventually you should receive your items.

but does he actually tell the customer it has been shipped ?? seems odd not even an email or anything… just sat in limbo not knowing if anything will ever come or even been shipped

I know its annoying to not get answers but you will get your stuff…

That I do not know. If you’ve ordered via M4DM4X, then you could PM him; maybe he knows more.

Thanks for that any rough idea how long his stuff usually takes to show up

i dont mind waiting at all but it is the not knowing wether it has shipped or lost in transit or what ever

i will give it till the end of February and if i hear nothing will take it up with paypal

If you check the Emisar D4 thread, you’ll find that a few of us had similar issues. As far as I can tell, if he has not given you a tracking number yet, it means your order has not been shipped. Contact him on PayPal or Facebook to send a gentle reminder before escalating.

However… On his website, it says that VTC6s need to be shipped with a flashlight (I.E. They can’t be ordered independently…) so that might be an issue for you, as well.

just had a look on his website and cannot see anything about not shipping the Sony Batteries to the UK but all the more reason we should have some kind of communication;… if that is the case no point sat here waiting till end of Feb to be told we dont ship to the UK

i contacted Neal without success. So i opened a paypal dispute and he did not reply but send me back the money

that guy is strange

i’ll buy the D4 from Richard which has a reaaly good service (website + mail response)

I ordered 8 35Es from Neal independently from the GT and never heard about them until they got delivered a few weeks later - not the fastest delivery i had from China. I’m OK with that. Neal is well involved with BLF and i’m glad to send some business his way. I hope he gets better on communication over time.

I don’t mind waiting it is the not knowing what’s going on that bugs me… if as an example they don’t show up and i am sat here twiddling my thumbs for the next 2 months

i will have to order from elsewhere and no doubt be waiting again

it is now 3 weeks and heard zero apart from the confirmation that my money was accepted etc the day after i ordered them ill give them another 3 weeks then take it up with paypal
