Its not need to be in jungle to die with imalent, its easy, turn on the light and unscrew the head a bit, so screw the head again, put it in your head and scream: “THATS MY F****** HEADLAMP SHINES ENTIRE WOLRD”……

You can kill with it too, just make the same procedures aim to your target and throw it….. Do not forgot to say “FIRE IN THE HOLE”!

Light is barely for sale and here’s already the first seemingly defective RT35. Good grief… Facepalm

Well, at least the RT70 is working…

Got my RT35 today. Popped 4 charged 30Q’s inside and since it’s the middle of the day I had to settle for the wall. It’s really bright and well focused. No switch issues so far. Off the wall comparisons so far, brighter than the P30, SC01, D1S NW, D1S CW, G35, UT02 NW, UT02 CW, L2 CW, Catapult V6 CW, MT07S HI CW, MT07S HI NW and MF02 CW. Doesn’t manage the heat quite as well as the MF02 on turbo but to my eye (on the wall) the RT35 is brighter and more focused. The TN42CW is still brighter and then there is the MF04 and BLF GT. The RT35 is a winner for sure

Man that’s really tempting. I’ve been eyeing on this one for quite some time. This might be my first Imalent… Cool

I’ve had my RT70 for two weeks now and it’s fantastic. Build quality is high, I love the switch. Very impressive beam and the right amount of spill for me.

To me the RT70’s beam is too close to that of the L6. Hot spot is tighter, but spill angle seems to be pretty much the same. This is based on the beamshots of this review:http://budgetlightforum.com/node/61088
Nevertheless, the total package of the RT70 and RT35 is just very attractive. Great compact form factor with nice machining and built in charging. And the fact it’s 4P batteries also mean it’s a safe form of charging. And the price is just right.

But hey, you know there is also the Lumintop SD75: an absolute tank with power bank function… Cool

I bought the RT70 before really looking into the L6 properly. I understood the L6 to be a wall of light flooder. Whereas the the RT70 was mostly a thrower with a wider hotspot and more spill (which is more usable to me than say the beam of the RT35). Overall I am really happy and out of all my brighter lights (M43, Q8, MF01, D1S, RT70) it’s my favourite design. All the proportions are perfect.

I wonder why RT35 is so little popular?
The price with the discount code is at the MF02 level. Power, range also practically the same. However, it has several advantages over MF02:
- Weight (much smaller)
- Batteries without a basket, in addition in a parallel connection (for me it’s an advantage)
- Size, really compact.
- Price
- Charging on board (for me emergency but better to have than not to have)

The only thing that goes to the head is the company’s reputation. But maybe RT35 will not be defective?
Honestly, I’m really thinking about buying, I just need a little push.

I really like it too, and I’m also cautious with Imalent. But here’s a push for you: I don’t read about defective RT35/70 lights, which was the case with the DT/DN series and DX80 lights.
The driver of the RT lights are user replaceable and is fixed with screws, and not with glue. Whether Banggood/Imalent will send you a replacement driver in case you need it is not known, so you might want to ask about that.

I’m personally just not in need of a thrower, and I know I’m not going to use it too often when I’m out in the woods. But if I’m going to get one anyway, then my guess is that it’s going to be a compact one like the RT35.

It’s just weight and compactness that appeals to me. Earlier I thought about TN42 but it is much bigger, heavier and more expensive. I really think that RT35 would be perfect …. I’m just waiting for the opinions of people who have it.

I’m very happy with my RT70

60lm mode is +200lm instead, and my sphere and luxometer shows 4500lm and 700m

I would contact the vendor. If they cannot sell you a driver, then I would contact Imalent: sales@imalent.com
Good luck!

Google translate: Я бы связался с продавцом. Если они не могут продать вам драйвер, я бы связался с Imalent: sales@imalent.com
Удачи!
