Actually I have all the lights you have listed (most of them i also wrote some mini-reviews, i think). I also wrote a wrote a mini-review on the JM07 Pro.
Only the Balder BD-2 can compare. Both use current regulation to control the different output. That's way more efficient. Balder BD-2 can change between 3 and 5 mode on the fly (switch off when the driver blinks once in low mode). JM07 Pro is stuck in 3 mode, but that's flashaholic endorsed. Personally i don't mind strobe actually as it can come in handy. Available in NW tint. The Balder BD-2 is the only one which can do candle mode.
To give you an idea, the JM05 manages about 50 lumens OTF less, but uses ~ 0.2A more, than the JM07. Very efficient driver.
I have 3 Yezls, the PWM is horrendous for one of them. 90Hz. The others range in the 180Hz range, just at my threshold. But I like one of them, the M7X which is like a TK15/TK12 clone, is built like a tank. Definitely not cheap for the performance, but i just bought them for the design.
The other lights - no neutral tint, plus PWM. The Solarforce P60 hosts you can drop in a nailbender or Malkoff though, if you want. And there is no way the output can hold in the P60 design, it drops like a rock (my 2 XM-Ls drop nearly 30% within 2-3 minutes even though wrapped). It's really for fun initial bright output, but it's ok since for most of us it's a hobby - the hosts are sexy.
If you are a NW fan, there are only these few choices.
Current at the tailcap means nothing, P60 is well known to not really hold output.... but even with the UF-2100, at turn on within 1-2 seconds, it is only doing some 550 lumens OTF even though at the tail with tailcap in the circuit it is doing well above 3 amps. The JM07 netural white does about 630 lumens OTF at 2.4A. On the Solarforce L2T, an Ultrafire XM-L drop in manages only like 560L OTF at nearly 4 amps at turn on, but it can dig down to 350 lumens OTF after 3 minutes.
BTW, this is not a small light. You cannot compare to a small Solarforce L2P or something and expect it to come in at $45 with battery.... And coz of this, it is the one with the best throw.
