so why make a Groupbuy for a light that only exist as a concept and will take over half a year to be finished?

An announcement would be more suitable, but with GB you get plenty free bumps, but we are very far away from a GB

I can’t see any sign of a concept even. Or maybe it’s the “Intriguing Design”.

A sustained 10,000-15,000 lumens would be amazing. Not sure how feasible that is.

The DX80 at 13,000 lumens is bright enough already, so if the MF05 can do around that sustained, then I think it

would be a real winner.

Yeah I agree.
I’m on the FW3A list, and the other Astrolux list.
I like this active cooling concept but can’t really say interested until specs are out.
I’m interested in the idea only at this stage. But if they are definitely making the product, an interest list right now is almost null.

Second Lexel and Throw me in to darknes!

Active cooling…. Something like the Storm of Ra?

I seriously doubt it will be a fragile heatsink hanging out the back where it’s easily damaged. At least I hope it’s not.

If your gonna build it, it needs to be durable. Think of the FB1, X9 Marauder or MS 2010. Like an actual, usable light.

I decided to make a thread showing all the actively cooled lights that I’m aware of.
