I have had my new Kitorch ER16 several weeks now and really like it. The one thing that really bugged me was it kept accidently turning on in my pocket. I turned on the lockout mode and was surprised to see that did not help. It kept turning its self on. Seams the double tap to strobe is live all the time (even lockout).
My solution was to put a “dome” around the switch button to make it recessed; and also, make the switch easily locatable by feel.
The dome is nothing more than a stainless steel countersunk screw washer. Of course the washer had to be filed to fit and glued on.
Maybe I should mention I am powering this light with an 18350 battery! Love it
