Which 16340 from Amazon, Olight, Nitecore, Fenix, or other?

Like it says which RCR123/16340 to get from Amazon? Nitecore, Fenix, Olight, or other. I have sone EBL’s that I don’t trust now for bad reviews and most likely burning up my Nitecore ii2 charger. Also I have some Eagtac’s only last about 3 minutes in a P60 L2 drop in.
Thanks

All the cool kids are running the AWT 16340s right now. There are new TrustFire high drains, the legit TrustFires that HKJ tests positively, but you have to get them from China.

If you’re running them in a P60, in series, you should probably consider a naked Sanyo 16650 4.35v 2500mAh cell and something like a Liitokala 100 to charge it up.

I see the Keeppower 16340’s that I have never seen before. But $14.99 each is steep. But didn’t find until searching the Sanyo then Keeppower’s, so Thanks Chris

At that price I will probably only get two since that’s all I need for my “probably” favorite light.

Just remember that when you run cells in series, you compound voltage, but not capacity. If you get 700mAh out of that KP cell, you’ll only get that running them in series.

That’s why I suggested the 16650. With the right P60 drop-in, say one rated for 4.2v, you can have your cake and eat it, too.

If you don’t need decent runtimes, stack two, if you want better runtimes and can run on a 4.20v charged single cell, then go that route.

I have a 6P and added a 4.20 Redilast XM-L2 U2 some years back, running at 1.5A and I use a v.1 Sanyo 16650 protected Redilast cell and it’s fine for what it is.
