Do you have other methods to verify you—longstanding membership to other forums, eBay handle, “proof of life “ pics, etc?
Also—a likely brand new email matching a “newly minted” forum username does not help
dispel my fears.

I have been active on several pages on fb including the Okluma page, flashlight fanatics, flashaholics anonymous, lumen addicts, several knife & watch pages. I have been a member on watchuseek for years, Outdoor Trader for 3 or 4 years. I can provide references if desired. I have been a lurker on blf and Candle Power Forum for a while, but mostly for research on various lights. I don’t do any modding and not really looking to get into it. For what it’s worth, I can confirm that he has a good reputation on a watch forum that we are both members of. I don’t know him personally, and he did not ask me to post this. It is just objective info from what I know on another forum.
