160 Slots Storage Tray for Your 18650 Batteries

Previous discussion on http://budgetlightforum.com/comment/1324857#comment-1324857

Tray made from Polypropylene (PP) through injection molding process, no toxic plastic smell, and good heat resistant property.

Price of each tray should be under $8 (including shipping). If you want Banggood or GearBest to stock them up, do express your interest in this thread.

Dimension: 350mm x 228mm x 80mm | ~400g

This tray is much more solid than i thought. It weights at 405g alone. That is weight of two iPhone X !

Nice, but I’d much rather prefer several smaller cases (32-48 cell?) than one giagantic one like this. Plus, it needs a lid so that the cells don’t fly around when in transport. I suppose if you stack another tray on top, it might help keep the cells in the bottom tray in place.

Nice find but i’m not sure…

I’d rather have several smaller ones i can stack or easily fit in a case or drawer.
Actually the 18650 seem to protrude from the top so i guess you cannot stack up another rack?
Are there similar ones that would fit 14XXX/AA and 26XXX for instance?

Would it be possible to get a 40 cell one?

These trays are mend for manufacturing purpose. Smaller size tray will be useless to them.

Slot has a slightly tapered design at the bottom. Batteries fit snug in them and will not fall off even if you invert the entire tray!

No problem with stacking.
