Just thought I'd give you all a heads up. I got the S4 switch since I wanted a froward clicky to play with on my new 2011 model solarforce L2. The switch fits great and threads on smoothly, but there is a gap at between the tail switch and the "center area" of the body (right where the clip goes) that is too wide and therefore the clip just rattles loosely there. So, if you wanted this combo, I hate to burst your bubble, but it's a no-go.
there's a gap on my l2p and my s3 tailcap also..
You can see the way that the clip is slanted in the second pic. This is because of the gap.
The switch looks good on the light. Maybe try an O-ring or 2 to tighten up the clip?
Yeah, you can fix it with a washer or an o ring, but I was just giving people a heads up that it's not a fit out of the box =)
There can be more, for example my basic L2m has gap with stock clip...
