Picked this up on an Amazon price sale figuring it could be a great general purpose light seeing that it has a decent low mode and a very bright high mode at 550 lumens with the XP-L V5 LED. Well, I don’t care for the UI at all. Tailcap forward clicky is on/off and modes are changed by the side switch. Definitely a top notch light and appears very bright and VERY well made. Brand new in packaging, includes rcr123 and lanyard as well as the OE charging cord and all owners manuals.

Never had a Wuben light before, but got a coupla those keychain lights, and they’re really nice.

I kinda like that Star Tracky appearance, too. :smiley:

I didn’t even see the ’123 in the box, scrounged it from my Jet-II to try it (I’m at work), and only read later that it came-with. :person_facepalming: Yep, there it is…

Well, at least my Jet-II will get its battery back. :smiley:

I figure I’d use it for carrying around when I don’t need modes, and would just keep it stuck on high anyway. The FC switch is nice, half-press for flash’n’dash. Just don’t try using it when you’re already dark-adapted, else you’ll be blinded first. :open_mouth: Yep, no mode-mem.
