10mm led from DX not recomended

i bought a 10 pack of these http://img.dxcdn.com/productimages/sku_3419_1.jpg

and have to say i am disappointed of the ten i bought

1 was DOA

3 others blew there led in seconds

and the six that are working are pretty dim and blue

the 22000mc 5mm ones are brighter and cheaper

i wont be buying them again
