Hi. I’m recently getting into flashlights. Big step up from my old Maglite. Lol. I recently ordered an Emisar D4S as my EDC light. I can’t wait to get it. I stumbled into this forum researching the Convoy L6. I’m going to get that soon. So many mods with it I’m almost overwhelmed. I hope to learn more from everyone.

As I just recently posted in another thread, the D4 is my EDC. I purchsed the 18350 tube and use it pretty much exclusively that way. I don’t miss the extra run time or lumens the 18650 would provide, and it fits very nicely in the pocket in the shorter form factor. It is also more stable if you want to tail stand it with the shorter form factor. Regardless, a fun light with a lot of capability. Becomes even more capable if you change the firware to Anduril.
