The emitters can produce that much light – only just in high-CRI, but they can. The ROT66 is direct-drive and limited by the emitters’ forward voltage. The SC04 uses a buck driver and a battery configuration that’s always well over the forward voltage, so it can drive the emitters much harder in theory.

I also tend to assume listed output from Haikelite is a wish rather than a spec until a third-party test shows otherwise.
