I found one Q30 seller posted this video on his site. Not sure if it is authentic, and represent the performance of this light. If BG sends me a sample, i will compare it will my MT09R.

Can someone fill me in on the 7070 leds? What makes them special, different than XHP70.2?
Less efficient than XJP70.2s, about as efficient as XHP50s overdriven, and probably some angry-blue in the beam.
So why not going with XHP70.2? I dont get the benefits of using them in this light.
The benefit seems to be a lower price compared to the quite similar MT03. But putting 3 new XHP70.2s plus a nice buck driver from Lexel into the Q30 would cost at least another $ 50-60, I presume.

I have some cash set aside. But it seems that BG is pulling the old trick by allowing “30% off coupons” but rising the initial prices significantly.
I purchased this light off AE in Sept. Did some ceiling bounce tests.

It's a very crisp, white light. Compared to Sofirn Q8, the Sofirn has tiniest hint of green.
