The big key ring and the Koenig are with me always, no matter what, as is the Texas Poker and my DBC Quad.
On the big key ring, Titanium Pen with Fisher Space cartridge, Titanium 10440 carrier from Photon Fanatic (for the Texas Poker around my neck) , keys, DQG Spy also Titanium, self made Ti pill fob with lorazepam, ti pill fob with Ultram, car key with large Trit vial in a Ti carrier, ultra small Italian made folder (Masserin?). And the truck key with a small LED attached.
The smaller knife I carry in the right pocket is a Stedemon Ti handle with CTS 204P blade, carry it for opening packages as I really dislike getting tape adhesive on my Koenig. Both knives have the 204P blade steel. And of course the Leatherman micra with tweezers and fingernail file, scissors, almost a must have. 
On my belt I carry my own build Ti/Cu Quad in a Holstex horizontal weak hand sheath.
Contrary to what some may think, the blades are tools that I use regularly… I probably wouldn’t even remember I had them if a defensive scenario presented itself.

Empty. Due to being ” BROKE ” buying all these flashlights.

That’s why I keep that separate nylon “waist bag” attached to my slingbag. Carry my phones and other bulky crap in there, so I don’t have to walk around looking like I’m wearing jodphurs.
Lessee… Back pockets, zilch. Right pocket, moneyclip and minimal loose change, car keys onlyonlyonly if I’m taking the car anywhere. Left pocket, my papieren in a “card-holder”, Nitecore MH20, small Sanremu 7073 (nfi, had to look it up), single key to the can at work.
That’s it, end of story. Hate carrying anything bulky on me.
Now… ask me what’s in one/both bags, and that’s a different story. 
I tend to keep it pretty simple. Don’t like things jingling around in my pockets so no loose change or keys for me. Makes too much noise. I have a go bag I throw in the trunk with a few other odds and ends if I need them.
