Acebeam imr 3100 18650 Protected 20A

Hello folks, I have some Acebeam imr 3100 18650 Protected 20A cells I have stripped off the Acebeam wrappers to reveal Samsung 30Q's with a protection circuit added.

My questions are, Is the protection circuit really caple of 20 amps?

Would a Samsung 30Q flow more current without a potection circuit?

Got unprotected 30Q's in my Q8, was wondering if the protected 30Q's would be OK for my Lumintop GT Mini and Astrolux S43? As just want max amps.

There will be a voltage drop over the protection circuit (not sure how big?), so you probably will get extra current flow without it.
