My $0.02 on the 32A;
I have 3 now. They are outstanding little lights with great build quality and very good performance. For the price point, they are right there with lights costing quite a bit more and better than their price peers.
Sofirn’s customer service is excellent and that is the main purpose of my post. Let me elaborate: I received my first light from Amazon with a coupon from Sofirn on this forum. The light arrived with no charger or cell. I messaged customer service through Amazon. I was answered quickly explaining that Sofirn here in the US and through Amazon doesnt stock cells and chargers separately. They offered 70% off another set as compensation. This came to $9 for a kit. Quite a deal. In addition, because I happen to be the first purchase on Amazon here, I was offered 50% off another Sofirn product through Amazon.
Again, a great product backed by great customer service. Keep it up Zoe, Tracy and Sofirn!

light addict....yeah I've got the bug.

I’m kinda new around here, and confused about the pricing.

What does $1×.79 and $2×.59 mean?

It means the “x” is an ‘unknown’ number to us at this point. But logic tells us it will be between 0 & 9. Wink

Interested, gold.

What’s new with the v2? A comparison table would be welcome.

My original SP32 is my daily carry, only problem is having it turn on if I carelessly put it into my back pocket without locking out the tailcap.

PS: “$1×.79” could mean anything between $11.79 and $19.79, I guess.

Please go low, that will increase the popularity of the deal.

PS, here’s LuxPerpetua’s review of the SP32v2: http://budgetlightforum.com/node/61773

You’re in luck, the v2 has a lower recessed switch to prevent this. There’s another feature but it escapes me at the moment. Brain fart.
I don’t have a SP32 (A)…… but the SP 32A V2.0 I do have does not have a recessed switch at all. It sticks up above everything.

This is not a complaint, just an observation. Manual lockout is my friend. Wink

Teacher, I saw a comparison photo somewhere on a review (there are quite a few of these) over past few days and it was remarking how the switch had been recessed vs older model. In retrospect, maybe it was complaining about the v2 switch as sticking up. I have the original sp32 and to my surprise its switch seems pretty flush in my sample.. However, some reviewers have complained about their switch activating in their pockets. Makes one naturally assume that the improved version addresses this issue but apparently not. I will edit my incorrect assumption. Cheers!
