Hi, I’ve been using a Convoy C8 for a few years now, but now I’m looking something with more power.
I need to be able to mount it on an M4 Carbine, and I would like for it to be able to accept a pressure switch.
What would be a good step up from the C8, and preferably under $70?
I have seen this (JETBeam BC40 ) listed as a good option, as well as the Convoy L6, are there any better out there?
I see that there is a pressure switch for my Acebeam T27. A one (21700) cell light with 1180 meters (over 3800 Feet!) throw could be hard to beat. It only weighs 8 ounces.
I added an Olight PL-2 Valkyrie to an AR pistol build that I just finished (some pix here) and it is a great light with a ton of lumens and a great beam shape and ergos. It was part of a buying spree for me around Black Friday timeframe. Picked up a ton of 18650s from Lion Wholesale and some good gear for the AR at Spicetac.
I don't know if it is pressure switch capable though.
I think C8+ is almost the best at the moment what you can get for a rifle light. At least that price.
It is very easily moddable. And it have very good remote compared to many other.
I had Fenix TK32 for a long time it’s good. Red light is usable when you have to keep your own night vision.
But C8+ have better throw and better remote. Fenix remotes breaks very easily.
