Very powerful spotlight. HID Technology provides MUCH longer continuous runs than LED. Most of the new, powerful LED’s put out a lot of light, but overheat within 5 minutes on high resulting in them having to drop down to a much lower power level.

Light has Tripod mount on bottom. This is another feature not found on most high power lights.

Installed a new battery. The Battery Status Meter is not connected to the new battery (different connector), but the battery will charge full when the light is connected to the AC charger. I never used the meter as the light owner. The light has a battery charge indicator that shows when the light is charging (red) and when it is charged (green).
