Hello, I'm a newbie here so please forgive my ignorance with this, but my daughter has recently finished medical school and brought me a set of handheld cold lasers she inherited from a retiring doctor who sold her his practice. The lasers very low power and are claimed to be used help alleviate back pain, etc Anyways they need new batteries and I'm unsure of how to proceed. They appear to be two 3.7v Li-ion batteries wired in parallel with some type of management system on them. It appears someone attempted to replace them, but wasn't successful. I wouldn't be bothering you fine folks with it, but I called the manufacturer and they said they would be happy to replace them for $2300! Well, that's why I'm here hoping someone could please help me with it. Thank you so very much in advance for your help!!
