Cheap and good DMM (<25$) (for hobby) ?

Hello!
I have a DT –380B (clone, I suppose) that shows the digit “1” no matter in what mode is. Apart the moments when it goes bezerk.

I don’t know why.
I tried some better probes. The same result.

I would like to recommend me a cheap and good DMM. I usually measure batteries and some cables.

P.S. Don’t mind the battery, I tried with a new one. Same results.

Search for Aneng AN8002 / AN8008 / AN8009 (These meters do also exist from other brands)
They are cheap and much better than DT-xxx meters.

This is about 15 euros.

The Aneng has autorange, this means it packs more ranges into fewer positions on the rotary switch.
This is stuff like real continuity and diode test, capacitance, frequency, temperature.
It can also show up to 6000 instead of 1999

Got a link? I need another and my last one was $43. I was actually just looking last week and the only one I found in the $10-25 price bracket was the 210A (AC only clamp meter)
