Banggood Hidden orders

Anyone know how to see their Banggood hidden orders? My last order is not shown and is evidently in the “Hidden” basket.

Could you elaborate?
are you talking about orders where you did not log in?

Are these orders in your regular email confirmed by BangGood an PayPal?
And you just can’t find them back in “My Orders”?
Or didn’t you get any notification at all.

Sometimes when checking out via PayPal (and doing the pay thing) I came back in the BangGood menu and had to (re)affirm my order. Apparently I missed this routine with some orders I made, but after some time I realised that BangGood nor PayPal had sent me a notification.
It looks to me that BangGood wants to get a notification from PayPal before the order process is completed.

I ordered a couple of lights on 31 Jan 2018. In trying to check I could not find them in my Order folder. I contacted BG in Chat and learned that they were listed in Hidden folder. I talked to a rep Mark Smith. He sent me a picture of how to get ito the Hidden folder, but it was so poor I could not see it well. He subsequently checked and said the order was OK, that they hit the wrong button put it in the hidden folder. After the chat I decided to see if I could access the Hidden Folder, but cannot find a way to do so. My order is still in that folder.

I thought that a member might have faced the same problem and could help me navigate to it. I don’t want to go through the wait for the chat if I can help it.

On a PC in [My Account], [My Orders] there is a link in the right upper corner, ‘Orders Recycle Bin’. This may be where deleted orders go.

Thanks, TBone, but the orderss are not deleted, but instead hidden. No idea why.

Thanks. The hidden orders are not there. I appreciate your help. I have sent an email, but won’t get a reply for awhile during Chinese New Year.
