Carclo Triple Headlamp?

I was searching for headlamps a while back and came upon this picture: 2018 09 14 20 42 46 - Gifyu

Unfortunately, I’m not sure where I found the pic… :person_facepalming:

Does anyone know where I might find the middle headlamp in this picture? Looks like a carclo optic, but I’ve not found any headlamps that use them.

I also desired a carclo optic headlamp and made my own. It was a lot of work though.
Have you seen the fireflies headlight with a quad optic?

I’ve looked at the fireflies, but I think I’d prefer the T-shape form factor. I’ll have to look into modding one myself then.
