Yep, I did the same thing. I don't 100% trust the selections though, but I have 2 FT03's in NW SST-40, so I suppose maybe an SST-40 in available in this tint.
Today is the day they are supposed to be in at BG, so the TC750 BG page says, so guess what they did to my order today?

So, I replied to the email notification, submitted another cust service issue asking why it was cancelled. I then ordered the light again, still with the discount code that works, so...

No one here knows yet I would think. Hope Martin could get an answer for us on this? I asked effectively the same thing earlier bout modding.
Interesting though for this price a separate titanium 21700 tube is included, with the stock alum 18650 tube - quite unusual!
Oh no.... Figures - the BG page updated so now it says the XPL HD's are in stock, while the SST-40's say 12 biz days for processing time... 
This should have been predictable - best LED's are always last, this seems to be the rule.
I got the notice too. I just put in the “call me when it’s in” notice. It’s 4800k SST-40’s or nothing.
Reread about the 21700 tube, it says “1 x Spare 21700 battery tube (Titanium color )”
Fasttech wants $69.59, but they also sell items not in stock and list it as in stock.
Also got a refund notice.
I was told that the item was sold out and would not be available again. Ordered sst40 4800.
I was told the SST40 version has problems so they decided not to sell atm

TC750 is on the way to N. America, last updated on the 12th. Hope it arrives before the tariffs do 
So Tom E when you get yours mine should only be a few days away. Please post current reading as I’ve fried my good meter. I’m really wondering why the SST-40 is soo much brighter if it’s current controlled to 3 amps as the posted specs say.
P.S. so what meters can you recommend?
Oh that’s easy.
Turbo mode is FET driven, basically direct drive.
Probably why your meter fuse blew up.
