Thrunite TH30, Armytek Wizard pro v3, Olight H2R, Rofis R3 Which better?

Hello guys.
I’m looking rechargeable headlamb. Which of the flashlights do you recommend ? Thank you.

Thrunite TH30
Armytek Wizard pro v3
Olight H2R
Rofis R3

Wizard pro V3: floody beam, better temp regulation than Olight, very inconsistent tint, mine is extremely greenish.

Olight H2R: proprietary battery, sightly tighter beam vs armytek, less tint issues, regulation not smooth at all.

Rofis R3: way too large and heavy for a headlamp, lower output (not necessarily a bad thing).

No experience with the TH30 but if I had to pick one from the list this would be the one.

I normally wouldn’t recommend headlamps with extreme turbo modes because the advertised output is just for marketing purposes only. Out in the real world what you want is a steady output level with no sudden drops in order to keep your night vision at a confortable level. You don’t want 2 minutes of 3,000 blasting lumens at turn on followed by 700 lumens afterwards.

Headlamps with best regulation in the market are zebralights, the changes in the output are so subtle that goes unnoticed. They can stay in the 600-750lm range and has superior UI compared to every other headlamp I’ve owned. However there can be some hint of green depending on your emitter choice, and they’re not rechargeable.

My go-to headlamp is the skillhunt H3R, it’s compact, budget friendly, has decent output and is easy to use. Swapping emitters is a breeze if you want to get into modding.

I’ve got 5 Wizards so……

Thank you. I bought Armytek Wizard v3 Pro Warm.
