Output Levels and Runtime
The Olight Seeker 2 Pro has 5 normal brightness levels + 1 special level (Strobe) divided as follows:
Turbo: 3200-600 lm declared (measured 3280-690 lm) – 2+150mins
High: 1200-600 lm declared (measured 1180-690 lm) – 110+30mins
Mid: 300 lm declared (measured350 lm) – 9h30min
Low: 50 lm declared (measured 50 lm) – 52h
Moon: 5 lm declared (measured 6 lm) – 12days
Strobo: 3200 lm declared (measured 3280lm)

The measured data are to be considered as peak and all have proved to be consistent with what was declared by the manufacturer. The following are the runtime tests on the "Turbo" and "High" levels using the supplied 21700 5000mAh cell as power source.

User interface
Switching on and off
Click the switch once to turn on the light at the last level used (Turbo and Strobe not included) or to turn it off.

Brightness level variation
When the light is on, press and hold the switch to cycle the various levels in the order Moon-Low-Mid-High.

Direct access to Moon mode

When the light is off, press the switch for over 1 second to enter Moon mode.

Access and Exit from the Turbo level
With a double click you can directly access the Turbo. With a further double click instead the turbo is deactivated. When the high mode is stored, double click on the switch to switch from the Turbo to the Meiddle level. If one of the following Mid-Low-Moon outputs is stored, just double-click to switch from the Turbo to the previously used mode.

Strobe Mode
With a rapid triple press of the switch, the flashlight will enter the Strobe. To exit this mode, just one click followed by a long press on the switch

Timer
The Seeker 2 Pro has a programmable timer (9/3 minutes) for automatically switching off the light. To activate it enough, with the light turned on, double-click the switch and continue to hold it. A flash will indicate the access to the short 3-minute timer, while two flashes will indicate the activation of the long 9-minute timer.

Lock/Unlock

For the electronic lock of the interface, with the light off, press the switch for about 2 seconds until the light first switches to Moon mode to turn off later. A small red LED on the right of the switch will indicate the success of the operation. To unlock the light, just hold the switch for about a second.

The body and the materials
The Olight Seeker 2 Pro is an extremely robust and compact professional light. It is equipped with 3x XP-L HD in Cool White version able to deliver 3200 real lumens to the Turbo with a wide and diffused beam.
The light can be powered by an Olight 21700 custom battery, the latter capable of guaranteeing an exceptional runtime thanks to its 5000mAh capacity. The Model is the ORB-217C50 compatible with the Olight charging system and not rechargeable with the classic battery chargers.

Holding the Seeker 2 Pro the feeling is of absolute sturdiness and compactness. The grip is truly exceptional thanks to the silicone surface on the body.

The grip is excellent even with wet and wet hands.

The flashlight arrives inside a beautiful Nylon holster. This has a convenient quick-release fastener by means of a large plastic buckle. On the back instead we find a plastic D-Ring, a belt loop and the classic attack for M.O.L.L.E.

The package also comes with an L-shaped charging dock, which can be installed on the wall using 2 fisher included among the accessories or through the 3M adhesive on the back. A powerful neodymium magnet allows the flashlight to remain firmly attached even upside down.

The power supply is brought to the dock via the MCC1A cable / charger by simply placing it on the top of the support.

The MCC1A can of course also be connected directly to the Seeker's tailcap to allow recharging without the aid of the dock.

The head has not very deep dissipation fins and an electric blue laced bezel.

The lens is composed of three small TIR lenses joined together.

The switch is electronic, rubberized, soft to pressure, precise and responsive. It is surrounded by an electric blue color bezel ring (like the bezel) inside which 8 very small status LEDs are set, 4 on the right side and 4 from the left side.

The LEDs on the left indicate the current output of the light while those on the right indicate the amount of charge left in the cell. The only one that can take on a red color, as well as green, is the one at the bottom right that also acts as an indicator for locking / unlocking the interface.

Following a scheme that describes in detail this innovative functionality.

The light can be essentially disassembled in two parts by unscrewing the tailcap. The latter is flat and allows the Seeker to be used also in tailstanting.

There is a knurling that improves the grip.

A small hole allows you to install the laynard.

At the negative pole (head side) we have a slightly protruding golden contact while at the positive pole there is a series of contacts that allow the custom battery to be charged through the integrated charging interface.

The lettering is precise and clean, present on the central part of the body with the name of the light, the serial number and the Olight logo . Anodizing is perfect ...

The threads are anodised so the physical lockout of the interface is allowed

Fascio, Tinta and Beamshots
The beam of the Olight Seeker 2 Pro is devoted to the diffusion and with its 15600cd and 3200lumen it allows to illuminate well up to 150-200 meters. The tint is cool, homogeneous throughout the beam, with a tendency to warmer colors on the low levels.

To follow some night shots on medium/long distance ...

Final considerations
The Olight Seeker 2 Pro is a high quality product with interesting features. With attention to the smallest details, you immediately feel the sensation of absolute robustness. The grip is excellent in any condition of use thanks to the silicone layer on the body.
The system of signaling the output level and the amount of residual charge present on the switch's bezel ring is beautiful.
The interface is very simple, there is direct access to the Turbo, to the Moon level and to the Strobe.

Unfortunately the 21700 custom battery cannot be charged in the charger mains and the light does not accept cells outside the Olight proprietary ones.

The regulation is excellent, the driver is efficient and always tries to maintain a constant output. If the temperature rises too high, the brightness is automatically reduced to preserve the LED, the battery and the circuitry.
The spacing of the levels is smart even if there is not a real firefly level: the 5 lumens of the UltraLow level in some situations can be excessive.
The runtimes are excellent thanks to the powerful cell supplied.

The beam is perfect, geometrically very clean, wide and diffused with a very bright spill. The color is Cool, about 6000K maybe even more. I will hope for a models also with Neutral Version.

The packaging is really rich: Olight supplies battery, holster, charging dock, USB cable/charger and microfibre cloth. In short, everything you need to have the flashlight immediately ready for use.

High quality product to recommend!
Thanks for reading!!!

thank you for this review of this light. it is an interesting product

Nice review.

I have 3 Seeker2 Pro’s, and one Seeker2, and my Klarus 21GT-50 button top 21700 cell, works in all of them. They just won’t charge it, from the magnetic tail cap.
