A month ago I ordered Folomov 18650 cell-powerbanks at GearBest. Today I managed to make them tell me why it wasn’t shipped yet - they discontinued them. So….I need to order them elsewhere.
Quick search: BG has them for $35 shipped per pair. Ouch. Search more:

I can ask for code, maybe I’ll save a couple of bucks but the price will likely be steep anyway.
Actually the cells are worth this much to me. But I’d rather have them cheaper.

Not an answer to your question. Consider the Folomov A1. You can charge just about all lithium ion batteries with it at up to one amp. And you can use just about all lithium ion batteries as a power bank with it. The micro USB 18650 battery’s are limited to about .75 amps charging through the plug. I have not measured the discharge rate through the micro USB outlet but I’m guessing it’ll be even less than .75 amps.
I have A1 already. And I use it from time to time. But it’s way way larger than the 5x18 mm powerbank module added to a cell. And it can’t be conveniently stored inside a flashlight.
I love how it combines with DQG Tiny, very small for a powerbank, very small and light for 18650 flashlight. I broke one Tiny but have another on the way.
I asked Folomov the same question as I did publicly here.
They said that the source of that problem is that battery shipping is becoming increasingly problematic. They were unable to suggest alternative store.
