Charger which displays capacity of Li-ion pouch battery

Hello,

could you please recommend some charger which can also show the capacity of a battery like this

I found something like this Page Not Found - Aliexpress.com
but i’m looking for some charger which could show the battery capacity more precisely in mAh

I have MC3000, maybe this could be used with some accessory / adapter?

Thanks.

If it’s charged through a usb for example a phone , you could charge it through a usb tester which will show you the mah put in but make sure the phone is off for an accurate reading ,because if you have the phone on it will read a higher mah because it will show the mah put in plus whatever mah the phone used in the background.

Or you could charge it via the mc3000 ,with crocodile clips attached to wires & figure how to attach the wires to the battery terminals.

the battery is from a LTE modem which has no USB charging port

Ok then ,the only thing that needs to be figured out is how to attach wires to the + & - terminals of the battery so the mc3000 can charge it.
Are the battery terminals magnetic?

@denial, you can just solder onto the positive and negative leads on the corresponding terminals, and then charging via the MC3000.

i just checked and the terminals are not magnetic

i would like to avoid soldering, as the terminals are quite small and close to each and then if i would like to put the battery back to the modem i would need to desolder the wires …

if there would be some more user friendly option

thanks

Lastic bands?

Clamps wiv wooden spacers?

Chewing gum ?

Last one was a joke

“Pogo-board” of sorts. Thin brads into a small piece of wood, pointy ends pressing (gently) against the LiPo contacts. Croc/Gator clips on the head-ends of the brads. Affix the pogo-board to the LiPo with a rubberband (between the brads so it doesn’t slip off, and before attaching the clips).

Don’t bother trying to measure internal resistance, though.

You could take one of these “universal phone chargers”, rip out the circuitry and wire it up to your MC3000.
They’re a few dollars apiece from the usual suspects.

Yeah.

Maybe i could use this https://www.aliexpress.com/item/32409269032.html

Override its internal “electronics” and connect it via USB Type-A on “adapter” side to MC3000 with some clips on other side.

Thanks.
