Thats a really interesting "flash"light"...thing

it used to be really expensive (I mean $1000+ after googling)

That is pretty cool. I wonder if you could mod it and put some XR-E's in it, or better?

Too bad the flashlight portion is so anemic. I mean, how can three 5-Watt LEDS only crank out 75 lumens?!? Sounds like 5 milliWatt LEDS more likely.

One could easily run 3 neutral-white or warm-white XP-Es instead. Running each one at even 500 mA would put out 75 lumens each, with very little heat dissipation required.

It looks like 3 XR-Es in there already.....

That looks like a really nice light actually...

The night vision function really caught my eye.....

Got a bridge I'll sell ya...

If I had a c-note burning a hole in my pocket I might hit the buy button, just for the novelty.

probably under driven because heat would destroy video components.

the only use I can think of (for myself) would be to add to a gun, but it wouldn't be bright enough, and I doubt the cam would withstand recoil beyond rimfires.
