Any chance of an orange peel reflector? Imo it makes a nicer beam without sacrificing much “throw.”

Why do people like the XHP50.2 that much? There is very noticeable tintshift from hotspot to corona to spill.
I’m not suprise by amp taken on the tailcap. It just need to feed 3 led. So just assume, 36amp on xhp50.2 / 3 = 12amps.
I might think ss40 has more efficiency here…it has more throwee. 6.3amps per leds.
I do recall ft03 sst40 some blfer record 13amps, way above 7 amps led which supposed to be it limit.
