is there a way to automatically to go to last post, when i click on any thread?

Unless I’m misunderstanding the question, it’s at the top of the page, after the page numbers it says ‘last post’ - you just click that. That is unless there is no more than one page, then you just click the last post button.
The automatic bit, I don’t think so.

right, i just dont want to press that button, i want it to go to the end automatically

or ‘sort by newest’ is what that is sometimes called.

I usually click on “# new” in “Replies” column. Brings me to first unread post.

I do as oto says above. It would be nice if there was a last post and a newest unread button for when I don’t keep up with every single thread.
