BLF A6 5000k (3D) question

If you own this light and others. Can you tell me if this (blf 3d) is what the “true” 5000k light looks like? Compared to others?

It seems to be “warmish”, a bit yellowy. I am actually satisfied because a warmer than white but not yellow is what I wanted. I want to know for future reference. I would think “neutral white” would be more white than what I am seeing.

Specifically I want to know compared to Convoy M3 and L6.

Yes, it has a very nice (imo) yellow tint.

I have not so much 5000K lights. I guess my Wuben E05-I has one 5000K Samsung, unfortunately above BBL, i.e., looks greenish :-(.

Getting NW right isn’t easy at all I suppose.

Well you are in luck. I happen to have a full spectrometer report on just that light.

If by “true” you mean are they very close to exactly 5000k, then yes. But their color properties are not that great.

Your dropbox file isn’t accessible (“We can’t find the page you’re looking for. ”)

I think the link is fixed.

I will have a look. Thanks.
