Test/review of Keeppower INR20700 3500mAh NH2035 (Black) 2019

Keeppower INR20700 3500mAh NH2035 (Black) 2019

Official specifications:

  • Capacity min.: 3475mAh

  • Capacity typ.: 3620mAh

  • Nominal voltage: 3.70V

  • Charge voltage: 4.20+/-0.05V

  • Standard discharge cut-off voltage: 2.50V

  • Standard charge current: 2450mA

  • Charge termination current: 100mA

  • Standard discharge current: 5100mA

  • Max. continuous discharge current: 30A

This is a high current 20700 cell from Keeppower with moderate capacity.

The two cells tracks nicely, capacity drops slowly with increasing load. I stopped the 30A test because the batteries got hot.

Conclusion

These moderate capacity 20700 cells is good cells for high current.

Thanks HKJ! I appreciate your work.

Thanks for this review HKJ!
Do you have any clue where these batteries can be bought?

No, I get a box directly from Keeppower. With batteries I buy you can see in the info box where I bought them.

My best advise is to do a google search and see if something turns up.

Thanks for the reply HKJ!
I did a search and keeppower site was the only place got results from! Maybe I need to contact them. Normally AliExpress stores have Keeppower batteries, but not this one.

That’s why I asked!

I was comparing this cell with others 20700 and this seems the best suited for high drain flashlights!
I want to put one of these in the flashlight I modded for the OL Contest this year, to get some more power than the one I get with the Sony VTC6 and also some more runtime!

Thanks for your reply and your test :+1:

maybe it’s a Sanyo NCR2070C, same capacity, same current rating, Nkon sells it.

Edit : all ratings are identical.

Thanks! That seems to be the same one
Unfortunately…buyig from nkon.nl I would be paying more for shipping than for the cells. Unless I need some more stuff from there, it doesn’t compensate getting 2 of these batteries from there.
Still, it was a nice find so thanks for the information :+1:
